How we are different

• We combine a physical inventory with video and still photographs
• We upload the inventory to a secure web based software and database, and give clients access to complete and adjust their inventory. A written list or list in your home computer does you no good if your home burns down. In the case of home invasion, one of the first items stolen is the computer.
• We do not connect the client's addresses, names or phone numbers with the data containing their inventory.
• We provide reminders to all clients to keep their inventory assets current, and offer third party validation of assets.
• All our Franchisees are licensed, bonded and insured for client protection, and all have passed a thorough Criminal Record Check.
  
• All our Franchisees undergo an intensive training course to ensure professionalism, accuracy and confidentiality
  
• No Franchise office is allowed to keep working papers, copies of dvd's or photos, or any records of clients whatsoever. All working documents are erased or destroyed within 48 hours of being placed into the secure online database.
• We provide a free in-home consultation for clients to determine their needs, and to give us the opportunity to formulate an inventory plan for the client.
